Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@armbie.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Exchanges: For the fastest service, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
